Pierre & Baby are a queer dance duo that have been working together since 2017.
Their previous work has explored sexuality, intimacy, technology and mental health. Working within live performance and film, collaborating with artists on multi-disciplinary projects that have been shown in galleries, museums, clubs and theatres.
Their work has been presented at the V&A, The Place, The Yard, Ugly Duck, The Chateau, Grow Tottenham and has been digitally featured on Paper, Hunger TV, Run-Riot & Chrom-art.
Pierre trained in contemporary dance at Tanzfabrik Berlin and theatre at Millennium Performing Arts (London).
Pierre has previously worked with Transitions Dance Company, Ann Dickie, Ava Kouchak, Anthea Hamilton, Adham Faramawy, Chantel Foo, Darcy Jane Wallace, Emily Mcdonald, Joseph Wilson, Liv Norris,
Matilda Finn & Vic Lentaigne.
Pierre's solo work has been performed at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern, Ugly Duck and The Chateau.
In 2019 Pierre created 'mind ur head' with fraserfab - a queer dance platform & party for dance artists that identify outside of the binary. A night previously hosted at The Chateau which has recently shifted to also become an online platform.
Luke graduated from the BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance course at Trinity Laban after completing a full-time prevocational course for a year at Cardiff's Rubicon Dance.
Since graduating from Laban, Luke has loved working with the likes of Paul Davies, Lea Anderson, Charles Linehan, Gary Lambert, Terry Beck, Dylan Spencer-Davidson, Gareth Chambers, Holly Blakey, Treacle Holasz, Ally Green, Allora & Calzadilla and of course Pierre with the Good Hair.
